Tension as Salah fails to complete Egypt's AFCON 2019 game with injury

Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah scored a curling effort in Friday night 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifying match against Swaziland but could not complete the match after limping with a suspected injury.
The encounter which took place at the at the Al-Salam Stadium, saw the Liverpool forward in scoring form as the Pharaohs demolished their opponents 4-1 on the night.

Despite struggling for goals in the EPL, his goal against Swaziland's King's Shield was a beauty as he curled the ball from the corner arch with his left foot, directly beyond the reach of the goalkeeper to an open net.

Indeed, the Liverpool star looked surprised with his unusual goal, but moments later his joy turned to grieve.
After he was forced to take an exit in the 90th minute with a suspected hamstring injury and the Pharaohs who have already completed the mandatory three subs had to play out the remaining minutes without their talisman.
