Chelsea manager names 2 players he wants to sign in January

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has made a request to his employers he wants to make two new signings in the January window.
According Italian news media outfit Corriere dello Sport, the 59-year-old wants a center-half and a center-forward to bolster his squad.
Sarri's top two targets play in the Italian Serie A including Juventus' Daniele Rugani and Genoa's goalscoring sensation Krzysztof Piatek.

Rugani worked with Sarri while he was manager at Empoli and the Italian defender has refused to sign a new deal with the Bianconeri.

On the other hand, Piatek has been linked with Spanish champions Barcelona following his superb goalscoring form with eight goals this season already.

With Gary Cahill pushing for a move out of Stamford Bridge and Alvaro Morata yet to hit scoring form, Sarri believes the two signings will fill in the void.
Chelsea have been in impeccable form this season winning five of their seven matches and drawing two, as they continue their unbeaten run.
