The 2018/19 UEFA Champions League games will start on Tuesday, September 18, as four Premier League clubs are expected to participate in this season's championship.

Premier League champions Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham are the four clubs to represent England this season.

The Champions League competition actually started in the year 1955 with Spanish giants Real Madrid beating Stade de Reims 4-3 in the final.
Los Blancos went on to win the title for 12 other times, and interestingly, they are currently the holders of the Champions League after beating Liverpool in Kiev this year.

Chelsea are the last Premier League team to win the Champions League title when they defeated Bayern Munich 4-3 on penalties in 2011/12 season.
But the Blues will not take part in the 2018/19 Champions League as they failed to finish among the top four teams last season in the Premier League.

Below is the fixtures of the first games the EPL teams will play in the 2018/19 Champions League
