Willian makes final decision on future following Maurizio Sarri's arrival

Willian is adamant he wants to leave Chelsea despite Maurizio Sarri's appointment as head coach at Stamford Bridge.

The 29-year-old has scored 44 goals in 236 appearances since joining Chelsea back in 2013 but he looks to have played his last match for the Blues.

Antonio Conte and Willian fell out towards the end of the Italian's tenure at Chelsea and the forward aimed a swipe at his former manager following the club's FA Cup win in May.

There were hopes at Chelsea that Willian could be tempted to stay on after Conte's departure but, according to The Sun, the Brazilian has not changed his mind.

Manchester United and Barcelona are keen on Willian and it's claimed the attacker was discussing a possible move to the Nou Camp with Philippe Coutinho at the World Cup.

Willian is desperate to play Champions League football next season which both United and Barca are able to provide.

Jose Mourinho has already added Fred to his United squad and admitted back in April that he loves working with Brazilians.

'I worked with Brazilian players in every team I coached, and I enjoyed a lot,' he said.

'Who knows we can have a Brazilian in the squad next year.'

Chelsea also face the prospect of losing Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois this summer but Sarri is hopeful that the club will be able to keep hold of their top players.

'Clearly we would always like to keep our strongest players,' Sarri said at his opening press conference on Wednesday.

'This is what any manager wants and this is what any club wants to do but then well see how the market goes over the next few days.

'I must clarify I feel much more a pitch manager than a general manager.

'I think that I'm one of a few managers who is bored by the transfer market. I don't want to talk about it and I'm not that interested in it.

'Our task as managers is growing the players we have.'
