Manchester United Signing Lukaku To Appear In Los Angeles Court Over Party Noise ( Details )

Romelu Lukaku has been booked to appear in Los Angeles Superior Court on October 2.

The Belgium forward was given a citation by police in Los Angeles after failing to heed repeated warnings over noise from a party.

The striker, who is on his way to Manchester
United from Everton was warned by LAPD
officers six times over noise from a daytime
party following multiple complaints from
neighbours Prosecutor, Sgt. Jay Kim says Lukaku was not handcuffed or booked for the misdemeanour of excessive noise.

But added that the striker is scheduled to appear in Los Angeles Superior Court on Oct. 2.

The police said, "On July 2, 2017, at approximately 8 p.m, Beverly Hills Police Department officers arrested a 24-year-old male subject by the name of Romelu Lukaku Bolingoli.

"Bolingoli received a misdemeanour citation for Beverly Hills Municipal Code Violation 5-1-104 - Excessive Noise.

"The citation was issued after officers responded to five other noise complaints from the same location, which resulted in verbal warnings.

"These noise violations occurred at a residence in Beverly Hills where Bolingoli was temporarily residing.

"Bolingoli was released at the scene with the
citation and was not physically arrested.'

Manchester United announced on Saturday that they had agreed a deal with Everton to bring the Belgium international to Old Trafford.
