Model and reality TV star, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child and the former has verbally confirmed this.
Kim confirmed she is expecting a boy child via surrogate. She appeared on What Happens Live alongside Khloe and Kourtney where she told host, Andy Cohen she and Kanye are expecting their fourth child "sometime soon!"
She also said they know that it is a boy!
